When I’ve spoken with men who have sex with other men, I’ve realized how varied a group those men are. Some men describe themselves as their roles in sexual activity: top, bottom or versatile. Others describe themselves as their relationships to other men: dom, sub, sissy-boy, cross-dresser, master or slave. Yet others can describe their concept of the ultimate intimacy two men can share: one man described himself as lying on his back with a mixture of his own and his lover’s semen on his chest and abs, one or the other of them (or even both) mixing that semen together and then letting two creamed-up fingers slide into his own or his lover’s mouth as their eyes remain locked. For him, that was the image of the ultimate intimacy two men can share. I guess these perspectives all go back to the original theme: What’s it all about, Alfie?
